The MNO Synod commemorates the Day of the African Child on June 16, 2022 to accompany our Lutheran partners in Cameroon, especially with KIC–Kids in Cameroon.  This year’s theme is “Right to participate:let children be seen and heard.”  Good nutrition and education enable children to participate and contribute to community life.  Funding from MNO Synod provides food products and school supplies for the orphans of KIC, who are guided by social worker, Madame Fanta Gaknone.
