On May 31, 2026. after our afternoon worship service in the lower level of Lutheran Church of the Cross concluded……. the Lutheran Urban Ministry Corp. (the Urban) had a ceremonial walk to our new location at First Lutheran Church, 580 Victor Street, also in the west end of Winnipeg. For fourteen years the Urban was a tenant of Lutheran Church of the Cross on Arlington Street. Church Members Invited to Join Church Leaders at September 5 Brady Landfill Event

At 4:00 PM on Tuesday September 5, leaders of four major church denominations will be at Camp Morgan just outside the Brady landfill in Winnipeg. Lutherans & Anglicans Together in the Pride Parade

Lutherans and Anglicans joined together in Winnipeg on Sunday, June 5 to walk together in the Winnipeg Pride Parade. The group emphasized the love that God has for all people, and walked together as a sign and celebration of the diversity and unity we have in the body of Christ. Participating in the Pride Parade is one way the MNO Synod lives into the commitment to work for reconciliation and social justice.
