This is a Sunday set apart by the ELCIC for intentional learning and prayer for the global church–especially our global companion relationships.  The MNO Synod has a global companion relationship with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Cameroon.  Resources are provided by the ELCIC for congregations to use during worship on this or any other Sunday with an intentional focus on global companions.

The MNO Synod Global Companion Committee especially invites congregations to include the church in Cameroon in your prayers on the Sunday closest to Feb. 11, which is Youth Day in Cameroon.
