Kick off the 2023-2024 school year with a climate care service with youth (grade 7-12) from Winnipeg and surrounding areas.

This service will centre on the theme of caring for creation, and will include an advocacy action of folding paper (origami-style) into simple shapes representing various endangered animals.  Instructions will be provided.  Surrounded by readings, prayers and music, write your commitments and concerns related to the climate on a paper and fold it into a simple shape representing an endangered species (instructions provided. No experience required) to be sent to decision makers as advocacy and action.
