A group of 8 leaders representing 3 congregations recently completed the 7-week Small Group Ministry Leader Training led by Bishop Jason and Deacon Michelle.  This training equips participants to lead small groups with attention to discipleship, group dynamics, and leadership development.  Small groups have proven to deepen faith, strengthen relationships, and broaden congregational engagement. Small group leaders will be leading groups throughout the seasons of Advent, Christmas and Epiphany.  Leaders will stay connected with one another for encouragement and support, and will debrief and evaluate learnings together in February.
