Rhonda Gorham was interviewed, along with the conductor Andrea Bell, on CBC Radio weekend morning show at 7:30 a.m. on March 19. The Urban had been chosen to be the Goodwill Partner of the Mennonite Community Orchestra (MCO) for their concert at Church of the Cross this past Sunday afternoon. The title of the concert was “The Power of Conversation”.
The Urban was given a number of complimentary tickets for our Urban community to attend the concert.
Rhonda was also interviewed, along with Bob Wiebe, chair of the MCO, on Golden West 1250 AM on March 14 .
It was a beautiful concert and good radio exposure of Lutherans and the focus of the Urban on the reconciliation of sitting together in conversation, fellowship and getting to know each other.
